India, one of the oldest civilizations, is as diversified in it’s culinary traditions as it is in it languages, dresses, and religions.
In our restaurant, we would like to introduce you to one of the most refined styles of regional cooking, which is similar to Northern Indian food today.
Most Indian cuisines are related by similiar usage of spices. Often, Indian cooking is distinguished by the use of a larger variety of vegetables than many other well-known cuisines. Within these recognisable similarities, there is an enormous variety of local styles.
